Look in the various buildings in the Atheneum. You'll find it in one of those.
In the Library where you get the quest for the DS history books. Go upstairs and you should find the Hat and Robe shop. The pets are in the building to the Grand Chasm. Look for the buildings that have lights on.

hey um is there a wand shop in dragonspyre? i have an "erge" to buy super cool wands in places! wizard 101 can make relly cool looking wands. but im mostly intrested in swords they look fancy and relly cool! :-)

There is no wand shop in DS; the only way to get wands in ds is to get them from bosses (you can find the 95 dmg swords in the bazaar, but the 100 dmg ds swords only drop from certain bosses).
