You get into the labyrinth by completing the quests prior to it. If you don't have access yet, you are simply not ready to go in there and fight. It can be very difficult. Take you time, do your quests and you'll get there.
Keep in mind the forums aren't a good source for instance feedback/communication, due to moderator approvals. If you aren't that far in your quests yet, it probably won't be a good idea for you to go into Labyrinth and be able to survive to get what you need, as most likely it is at 2nd or 3rd stage of the dungeon that takes either a competent group, strong wizard, or lots of crowns to successfully complete.
