Well, for now. swords in dragonspyre is just like a regular wand when you use them. Hopefully sooner or later, it will let you go in the middle and do the attack.
Like: 1. Instead of doing a forward slash, how about a uppercut slash? 2. Or something like, a creature goes out of your sword and do the attack. (Got the idea from the storm girl in the beggining of dragonspyre.)
