Trying to get the Quintessence of Fear - have completed all quests as directed by Dmitri Ironchains - defeated the "other character" after we got his cloak, sword etc till he turned around and fought us. Won that battle and returned to Dmitri - he is a ghost figure with no advice on the Quintessence of Fear. Can someone please help? Thanks in Advance.
