I have defeated orin and can not find any other quests to finish dragonspyre. I have even manually walked all the areas to see if i have missed something. There are no more quests for dragonspyre in my quest log and have no idea what to do next.???

You have the quest "The Final Countdown". You need to complete all the steps in that quest before you can move on to Celestia.
