new level abilities in dragonspyre

In the updates level 40 and up are supposed to be allowed to go to dragonspyre but I am level 41 and it wont let me go there without teleporting to friends! PLZ help!

It doesn't say that if you are Level 40 you are supposed to be allowed to go there.

It says that you "must be a minimum Level 40" to be able to pick up some quests there.

You still must follow the storyline, and when you finish Mooshu, you will be sent to Dragonspyre.
