:? I have to explore the Necropolis, but it won't let me activate the portal to it. Please help.
Open your quest log and click on the Dialogue Bubble (the question mark) in the upper left corner of the quest box. This will tell you "what you are supposed to do".
If this is the quest to "Explore the Necropolis", you cannot enter through the portal for your first visit.
Follow the directions in your quest box.
After you do explore it for the first time, then the portal in the Basilica will work for you.
Your first visit to the Necropolis is made through a door in the Plaza of Conquests. After you explore there, the portal in the Basilica is activated for future use.
