Mavra's tower won't let me in, and Mavra is just standing there sort of transparent and unresponsive. Tried doing all anything else (sidequests), but nothing left. How do I get in her tower to fight her, or at least wake her up?

Did you finish the quest from Halina Warhawk, The Art of War?
After you get to the end of her dungeon, and collect the book, you must go back into her dungeon and talk to her again. She then gives you a Letter of Recommendation that gets you moving along.
