i am having a difficult time with this quest, i did all im told to went to Mavra and i cant talk to her. the door is all lit up to enter but the X wont show for me to enter..... Can anyone help me with any suggestions please

Are you on the Fire Spell quest " The tower of the inferno"?
If so, you need to do the main story line quest "The Best defense" in The Plaza of Conquests first so you can talk to her and enter the room.
