Malistare's Chest Please someone help

i wasted 20,000 crowns going for my robe in the malistare's chest and all i got every time was gold 20,000 crowns just for gold not one differnt thing i wanted my grandmaster storm robe all i got was gold that has to be a bug someone help

If your backpack is FULL you will ONLY get Gold.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
