ok so i have been wondering this for a while now cause like a few months ago or so i got these boots that boost my speed by 4% speed and i was wondering if this is rare and if not well then i have wondered for nothing cause i asked a lot of people and they say they buyed theirs so um KI can you plz confrim this if it is rare or just no one keeps them thnks
