You need to complete the main line quests in the Crucible in order to get access to the Labyrinth. You should concetrate on your other Dragonspyre quests until you unlock the Labyrinth, then you can complete your spell quest while you are doing the quest to defeat the Labyrinth.

Yes, this is good advice. Otherwise you end up having to do this dungeon three times instead of two. Oh, and don't forget the Stone Rose near the Gallium Paladin, either. Otherwise you end up doing the wretched thing four times! :x
