help find malastaire

I think i did all quest,but i didnt beat malastaire yet and i dont know how to get to him please help me

If you've made your drake's battle armour, then you should have a quest "The Final Countdown". Turn on the quest helper arrow and head for Dragonspyre Academy.

If not, you still need to do some quests.
