Im stuck on part 2
Go to Mooshu and talk to Suun Min and craft 2 Flamesoul Cloaks

I found the recipe seller but I cant find the recipe needed
I do find
Flamesoul Mantle (its under hats)
Flamesoul Footgear (its under boots)

is there something missing to see the recipe or is it glitched?

That's weird, cause i just went to Suun Min and Flamesoul Cloak was at the Last Choice of Robes for 1500 Gold...
