Did you mean that "the arrow" disappeared?

To find Orin, go back to Zanetta's area and walk "away" from her (so that she is behind you).

When you start walking into the open area where you see mobs in the street, go to your left and you will see some steps that lead you into the ruins.

You need to walk through those ruins to get to Orin.

It takes a couple of turns left and then right to get through them, but I think that once you do, the yellow arrow appears again.

Keep looking at your map too, and see where Orin is on the map.

It happend to me but my friend helped me but he did not help with the top of the tower. I tried defeating him myself but I could not. ;( ): So I got help from my other friend!
;-) ;) 8) I also got there by teloporter and used a map!
The quest helper dissapear becase it's a dungen or somthing. >_< +_+ =)
