Crafting - Finding Nessa Lightblade

Balthazar Dragonthorn told me I need to see Nessa Lightblade to get a furniture crafting station for my next craft. I can't seem to find her, Does anybody know where she is?

Since Ms. Lightblade is a furniture seller, you'll find her in the furniture shop.

The Dragonspyre shops are in the Atheneum, which is through a portal of the Basilica where Professor Drake is standing.
