Can I get help with Great Spyre quests

I have a quest to explore Malistaire's lair and eventually kill Malistaire. I can't solo this. Is there a way to send a server wide tell to get help. If not, can anyone help me in game? If so, please post name and best time in game and where I can reach you.

Is there anyway to get to the next area without killing Malistaire or finishing that quest?

Unfortunately, such a feature doesn't exist in-game. BUT, if you go here:
