I had the quest from Zelen to hide the key at the top of the tower. I died once, went to my castle, went to WC, and when I approached Foulgaze's tower, it said I had completed the quest. Just my luck!

Zelen is in Dragonspyre and Foulgaze is in Olde Town/Wizard City.
I don't understand what the two of them have to do with each other.
