I really want to craft these boots that require 1 Winter Moon treasure card. I tried farming all of the places posted on the Wizard101 central wiki, and I still haven't gotten it. I know everyone will say to keep farming, but I'm thinking the drop rate should be boosted. I fought Loremaster around 50 times and didn't get it. It's never available in the Bazaar, and none of my friends have one to trade to me.
