Okay, so I'm planning on crafting my Ice school spell, Winter Moon(VERY AWESOME CARD) but I have no idea on how to get the Winter Moon TC.... Can someone help me? I really want that spell....

You can buy it at the Bazaar, or farm to get it from the Loremaster boss in the Dragonspyre Atheneum Library, or ask friends if they have it to trade.
