You could garden for them, or you can go to the Archivist in District of the stars (celestia) to buy it. Sorry, but I have no idea where to garden for it.

It can be bought and gardened, but if you want drops, defeat bosses and creatures in Zafaria for the polymorph card.

You can also buy with gold from Archivist in CL and Kiliman Copperleaf in ZF or buy crafting recipe from Kimba Kalla CL to make it yourself.
