Hi, I'm a level 50 Ice wizard and can anyone tell me where is the recipe vender that you can buy the Thunderchill cloak recipe from? :-)

In Mooshu there is a recipe vendor in the Yoshihito Temple with this recipe. Good Luck! I am hunting the recipe for the cloak of weighty grief.
