I CANNOT locate this recipe! Any help on where to locate this recipe, reagents concerning this recipe would be appreciated. Thank You fellow WIZARDS!

The recipe was given to you by the dog who gave you the quest check your crafting recipes and you should find it. As for the reagents you will have to gather those the old fashioned ways, buy, collect, get from your other wizards.
