Where can lvl 50 find simple spell cards?

I am over level 50 but new to gardening. I have seeds but NO cards. I have been everywhere and there isn't anyone who can sell me the 1st rank cards like rain or music or anything! Can anyone help me?

The level 1 seeds and level 1 garden spells can be bought from Farley in the Golem Court. You MUST do the tutorial first, before you can train level 1 spells from Farley (go see Prof. Wu and finish her quest).

You buy the spells from the gardening mole in Golem Court. Instead of clicking on housing store, click on train.

If you want TC gardening spells, you can buy them in crowns shop or find them in shops.
