Ok so I have this quest from celestia and i need some reagents. I already have most of them but I am having trouble finding Red Mandrakes, and I need 35 of them. Does anyone know where I can buy Red Mandrakes besides the baazar (I looked there and it usually is all sold out)?

So sorry, but if it isn't at the Bazaar, there is no other place to purchase it. You'll have to go out and find it. It's on almost every street in Wizard City (exception is Unicorn Way). Look near boss towers and in corners. The Caves are good places also.
And now, in Celestia, you can find it in the Floating Land, near the Water Mole village.
