I am trying to craft windstorm which adds thirty percent on to the damage to each opponent. My stumbling block is that the recipe calls for a tempest with 70% accuracy and 85% power each pip BUT one of these does not seem to exist? HELP!
Try looking in the bazaar for this card. I believe that's a card you can get from one of the booster packs. Most of the cards needed for crafting come from the booster packs and can usually be found in the bazaar. Although I know the elusive earthquake card is hard to come by. Good luck!
