Can anybody tell me where I can purchase the transmute diamonds recipe

click the little arrow in the top right corner of the buy menu. You will see that Felicia also sells furniture and transmute recipes.

You can buy it in Celestia base camp. I cannot remember the vender's name though.

I believe that Felicia Worthington in Marleybone has that recipe.

True, but not all my characters are finding it there. I am the correct level and have a card crafting table but she does not have the transmute diamond card.
Help?
