Transmute!!!!

I need am crafting a Male Mannequin and I need 30 Diamonds. I hear the easiest way to get Diamonds is to transmute them. But I dont know how to transmute. How do I transmute?

Buy a transmute recipe from The recipe vendor in Marleybone:
(Also available from vendor in Floating land)

You use it with a card crafting station and it converts 15 ore into 1 diamond.
