Stuck on thunderhill cloak, can't find the guy in mooshu. Help !

first always try the w101 wiki for info on anything you need to know :D the recipe for the thunderchill cloak can be obtained from hua yung at yoshito temple in mooshu, or balthazar dragonthorn at the atheneum in dragonspyre. hope this helps. :D
