stormzilla treasure card unobtainium?

Dear KI,
Help!
Please make treasure card trading via the shared bank so some solo wizards can complete crafting items of choice.
I found it to be expensive to have one reach grandmaster artisan hate to do it again.
Shared bank should be available for all wizardly items in game.
The elusive Stormzilla treasure card is ridiculas.

i totally agree beacause on my storm i have to craft stormzillas for this good gear i am crafting and it is nearly impossible to get tempest treasures to make the treasures.

Crafting Centaurs isn't any easier.

You can trade the cards to a trusted friend or another account? if they are enchanted it doesn't count anyway.
