Springs are non-existent

I'm trying to gather springs for crafting.

After farming 75+ scrap iron in Marleybone, I still haven't got a single spring yet.
Is this suppose to happen, why is it so non-existent?

Any suggestions or ideas?

Buy a transmute scrap iron to spring recipe. The crafter in Marleybone may sell this. If she doesn't you can buy it and other transmute recipes in the Celestia base camp.

Try gardening some Pink Dandelions. They'll sometimes drop springs as well as pearls, black pearls and quite a few other rare reagents. They're easy to grow and never develop any pests greater than level one.

That's what I thought! But, you can get Springs by crafting them, or bosses that drop springs

Springs are pretty common you can find them in:

Gardening,
Boss Drops,
Bazaar,
Reagent Vendors.

And if you feed them to your pet might get a spring also.

Try farming Scrap Iron in Wintertusk. I've had better luck finding them in there.
