Who has the spirit caller drums? I just got all equipment for RA amulet and disappointed to see that I needed to be a legendary artisan so i went to the person who gave me the quest and they didnt have the recipes. ty for the help
You must craft the spirit caller drums for the quest to become Legendary artisan. The recipe for the Conga drums is in CL commons from housing recipe vendor. My guess is that is what you meant as if you were given Legendary artisan quest, he gave you recipe for the spirit caller drums. Good luck, cool downs for this quest are somewhat annoying.
