Just go to any housing store and you can buy it from the housing item vendor.
Basic Crafting Stations are sometimes available at the Bazaar, if not, you can find one at a furniture vendor starting in Krok. I'm not sure if the WC furniture shop sells the Basic Station, I know they don't sell any higher ones.

Go to a friend and use his/her crafting station.
If you have other wizards that have a crafting station, put it in the shared bank and give it to the wizard in need.
Just so you know, they are ALWAYS available on bazaar. If you don't know where that is, it's in Olde Town. If you don't know where Olde Town is... Here's some help: Once your in the Commons, go towards the right in to the Shopping District Once your in there, keep following the path straight until you see Olde Town You may need your compass on, too. Once your in Olde Town, go forward a little Then turn to the right and it should be there.
