I'm looking for a duskwind tunic recipe and i cant find it. I know it is supposed to be in mooshu and with my school's vendor but i cant find him. I am a master necromancer (death School). would someone please help me find this vendor?

I jsut saw him the other day, you know where the are is like tombs? he is in of this little rooms next to a casket , little sheep guy. either the room before or after you go to fight the wraith boss, if I remember right.
