So I bought the recipe for seal of seraph and when I went to the crafting station i did not see it but when i look at my recipes it is there and I can't buy it again
You need an equipment crafting station, Housing shop in mooshu to get it. Furniture shop keeper, Zhi Lan. (Of course I am assuming you meant seal of the seraphim, for the crafting quest).
Also keep in mind if you bring up your crafting recipes, letter J shortcut I believe, and find the item in the lower left side of the recipe card it will tell you on what type of station it must be crafted.
