Okay, I can't buy this card at the archivist or either library. Can't buy it at the bazaar I'm a life mage but there's no recipe for it from the life tree so I can't craft it.
Without it I can't make the level 56 life boots

White laugh-o-dils produce these. At least they did before the update.
We had the same problem with the Triton treasure card. I found 3 of my 4 required treasures at the bazaar. You may say its not at the bazaar but it is much like those reagents, it depends on if they're in stock. It took my about 2 hours but I found them at the bazaar so thats reallly where you should go. Other then that maybe the bartebly treasure card pack have them, the recipes accept bartebly treasure cards.
