where are the recipe vendors for diviners all that i seem to have found are for the other wizards!!!!!! help.

Try checking the Tomb of Storms in Krokotopia, it might not be useful for you if your past that point. I'm not sure of the other places.

Go to the Cave of Salitude, he is just in front of the opening before you enter the cave.
