I am a student of Storm. Does anyone know where the recipe vendors are for storm (other than the tree?) I am looking for recipes for things other than cards. Thank you!
On Krok, the Storm vendor is in the Karanahn Barracks I believe. On Marleybone, look in Chelsea Court. On Mooshu he's in the Cave of Solitude. Haven't found the DS one yet.
