Where can I buy recipes? I saw where it says by the spirals but I don't know where that is either :?

It may help if we knew which recipes you wanted, each world of the spiral has vendors located in various locations and they sell different things.

Crafting recipe vendors are located throughout the Spiral on all worlds some in commons of each world, some in random spots as you explore and quest around, except Wysteria I believe. If you are looking for specific recipe that would narrow your search, as there are lots of recipes.
