Does anyone know where I can find the recipe for Crimson Book Stands,or where I can find Nessa Lightblade in Dragon Spyre she supposedly has it but can't find her either.

The Book Stand is from the main crafter/recipe vendor in Moo Sho. You will have to use the arrow to page to the household items.
