This wand seems to be waste of time if your a crafter and think it is a good idea to craft you might be wrong. the thing never cast, the only way you can make it work is if you use the cards which by the way is only two. unless you plan to be the healer of the group and don't have rebirths on this is the wand for you. i just hope they change maybe give it a higher chance to cast or somewhat good stats.
