What? Do you mean when you buy from vendors, the bazaar, or selling?

Lets suppose it is x/y.
X is how many you have. In this case 12.
Y is always 999. The max that you can have.
Basically means how many you have over the max.

For example ruby is 2/1. So I have 2 rubies what does the one stand for?
