What do the number at the top of a reagent mean ie. ruby may havea 1 at top right corner. Is that how many rubies I have? If sa, there is a glitch in the crafing quest because I sould have enough to craft with yet it says i don't.

It's the rank of the reagent. Rubies are Rank 1 reagents.
