Does anyone know where to get Phoenix Treasure Cards, aside from crafting via Bernie? I'm trying to collect a few on my Sorcerer to craft gear for my Pyromancer. Any methods are welcome, and thank you in advance!

Only other places I know is from the Bazaar, Harold Argleston in the Commons library, and Zan'ne in KT. Hope this helps!
It turns out you only need to be Initiate to make the Phoenix card, so what I'll do is level up to Initiate, make the cards, trade them to a mutual friend of my Fire and Balance on my Fire, and them get them from him on my Balance.

I belive that you can put treasure cards in your shared bank.
