How in the world can one craft a recipe that need stormzilla cards that call for tempests when there are no tempest recipes? I need stormzillas for an outfit recipe. Thanks
You have to get the Tempest cards from the Bazaar, drops from enemies or wooden chests. I find the wooden chests near the Agony Wraith in Newgate Prison have given me several. You might start asking your higher level friends if they have any they can spare you.
