Looking for Storm Blade recipe

I'm looking for the Storm Blade recipe, and Torrence doesn't sell that one. Can anyone point me the right way?

I don't think there is a recipe which lets you craft Stormblade. You can get them by gardening either Honey Sickle or Fickle Pickle though.
