Krok Crafting

oK I'm still a novice crafter, i just did the twin blades, and it sends you to krok to finish your training and he wants you to craft two rings of insight. I go back to my house to go to the crafting table and there isn't a recipe or anything for the rings do you have to go and buy the recipe? and if so where? Tnx in advance ;)

There's a golem dude beside the krok guy, and he gives you the recipes for crafting.

I think you mean a Colossus or a Sand Stalker.
