Journeyman Crafter?

I've been to Marleybone and Mooshu. Felicia Worthington[in Marleybone] is an Initiate Crafter. The guy in Mooshu is an Adept Crafter. Where in the Spiral is the Journeyman Crafter?

I'm not quite sure, but maybe there might be a Journeyman Crafter in Grizzleheim or in another secondary world.

There is none, well as far as I know...
The Grizzleheim recipe vendors are optional in order to advance to the next crafting level, just like how it's an optional world.

There is no Journeyman Crafter. There's (correct me if I'm wrong) Novice, Apprentice, Initiate, Adept, and Master Artsian. I'm not sure why there's no Journeyman....
