where and at what level do i get the quest for legendary artisan and i cant stress enough that i want to get this done at as early a level as possible.
One source told me that if you go to the area early you can start the quest in zafaria at the legendary crafting trainer and another tells me i have to wait until the old one calls me back. both being very valid sources i do not know which to trust or listen to, if they are both being honest or not.

The previous crafting vendor does not call you back, you pick up the quest in ZF directly. The only part that requires you to visit the CL crafting vendor is the actual craft-it quest, where you need to craft Conga Drums (a CL housing recipe) and they in turn are a reagent for the Spirit Caller Drums.
