ok thanks to no one i found it on my own finely but for anyone who needs to know where to find the balance recipe vendor in ms for the cloak of weight grief go to shoshun village go stright to the big pond then go along the right side of it you will see a goat guy with the name of Yagi Saki then you know what to do from there have fun and have a great day
